Which children are at risk?

Every child is at risk of abuse and exploitation regardless of age, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, race, color, ethnicity, national origin, culture, immigration status, religion, sexual orientation, family structure, disability, socioeconomic status, primary language, English proficiency, educational level, or geographic location.
