Assistant District Attorney
The Assistant District Attorney (ADA or prosecutor) will attend the forensic interview, assess the legal issues involved in the case, and work with the Police Investigator to complete the criminal investigation. If a criminal prosecution is appropriate, the ADA will represent the Commonwealth in all criminal proceedings and prepare witnesses for any motions or trial.
